These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Allison ASA LLC, doing business as The Asa Team and Asa Property Advisors ("The Asa Team," "we," or "us"), a real estate team brokered by LPT Realty in Orlando, Florida.

When you opt in, for example by checking the text message consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from The Asa Team at the mobile number you provided. These may include:
Replies to your questions and inquiries
Follow-ups on home value requests
Appointment and showing information, confirmations, and reminders
Real estate and local market updates

Message frequency varies based on your requests and activity.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to cancel. You can reply STOP to any message at any time. After you reply STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive more text messages from us unless you opt in again.

Your privacy matters to us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
