We interviewed a number of different Seller representatives. The decision to go with the Asa team was a no-brainer for the following reasons: - Jason was energetic and very articulate regarding the sales process and his knowlegdge of the area as well as home types and competition. - his estimating of the sales price was grounded in market information as well as the features and presentation of home itself. We actually listed the property for $75,000 more that what a Remax agent wanted to list the house for without that agent even paying attention to the details of the house. Other sellers came up with their prices without even seeing the house. Go figure! - The Asa team's selling process, coverage and quality of presentation blanketed every possible venue which generated a lot of traffic to the home/websites in an area where homes sales are actually slower than average. Our home had offers come in starting the day after an open house rather than months and years like other houses in the area - we actually had an accepted offer for $55k higher than what the "other" brokers wanted to list the house for, within a couple of weeks after listing. - The ASA team, including photographic services were da' bomb! Jason himself, Emily and Claire were awesome - responsive, professional, light-hearted and just plain fun to work with. If we had to do this all over again, it certainly will be with this team!

My father and I worked with Nick earlier this year to purchase a piece of land earlier this year. We reached out to Nick after months of struggling to find a piece of land on our own.
